Conduct comprehensive patient assessments covering physiologic, psychosocial, and developmental status while documenting findings and adjusting care plans. Implement prescribed treatments, administer medications safely, and perform grade I-IV decubitus care with aseptic technique. Collaborate with physicians and care team members to coordinate procedures, delegate tasks, and ensure timely discharge planning. Provide patient and family education on conditions, drug interactions, and post-hospital care. Evaluate care effectiveness through outcome measurement and variance analysis to drive performance improvement. Maintain constant vigilance over patient safety and respond rapidly during emergencies.
