RN Fellowship PCU

Monitor complex step-down patients, administer medications, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team while participating in hands-on clinical practice, classroom education, and simulation-based training. Work alongside experienced preceptors to build advanced skills in caring for high-acuity patients and support families through recovery. This structured fellowship program is designed for new and transitioning nurses to develop expertise within UCHealth's progressive care unit.
