RN Fellowship Medical Progressive Care

Direct, top-of-scope patient care in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) as part of UCHealth's Progressive Care Fellowship for nurses new to Critical Care. For experienced RNs, the program features a four-phased orientation based on AACN's ECCO resources, simulation-based learning, multi-system knowledge validation, and mentorship from Clinical Educators. The role emphasizes evidence-based practice, multidisciplinary teamwork, precepting newer staff, and participation in a structured Orientation that supports critical care competency.
