Job Summary
RN Fellowship in Labor and Delivery Birth Center (Nights) providing direct patient care using the nursing process in the Labor and Delivery/Birth Center units. Onsite role with Night Shift Incentive Program ($1,600 quarterly, $6,400/year). Requires RN license, 6 months RN experience, and BLS. Roles include precepting new staff, contributing to evidence-based practice, and collaborating within a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, quality care for women and infants. On-call/shift-specific details: Night shift, full-time schedule, with dedicated post-hire onboarding and orientation at UCHealth facilities in Colorado (Aurora and related Birth Center units).
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program
- State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- 6 months of nursing (RN) experience
- BLS through AHA or Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer (valid through 60 days after hire)
Desired Qualifications
- RN license
- BLS certification
- 6 months of RN experience
- Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program
- Night shift incentive program experience (preference)
