Job Summary
Provide top-of-scope direct patient care in the Emergency Department, including Level 1 trauma designation, utilizing the nursing process and evidence-based practice. Prioritize patient wellness and a multidisciplinary team approach to achieve exceptional outcomes. Model proficiency by precepting new healthcare staff and welcome new knowledge in this fast-paced clinical environment. Contribute to secure safety and quality at the point of care. This full-time night shift position includes a Night Shift Incentive Program of $1,600 quarterly. Candidates must hold current RN licensure, BLS certification, and at least six months of nursing experience. Required Qualifications
- State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider certification
- any relevant life support certification as determined at position level
- 6 months of nursing (RN) experience
- BLS or CPR card in-hand before start date
- BLS or CPR card good through sixty days of hire
- Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program if less than 3 years' experience
