Job Summary
Provide top-of-scope direct patient care in specialty Acute Care (Med-Surg) Units of moderate to high patient acuity, utilizing the nursing process and evidence-based care models. Prioritize patient wellness and safety at the point of care while modeling proficiency through precepting new healthcare staff. Contribute to exceptional outcomes via a multidisciplinary team approach in a fast-paced, innovative clinical environment. This onsite role requires 72 hours per pay period on nights, with a starting pay of $35.29 to $54.71 per hour depending on experience. Candidates must hold a state RN license, six months of nursing experience, and a current BLS or CPR card.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program if less than 3 years' experience.
- State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- 6 months of nursing (RN) experience.
- BLS - BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date.
- BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of hire.
- This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option.
- Work Schedule: Full Time, 72.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks).
- Shift: Nights.
