Job Summary
Conduct guided transitions into new specialties through structured curriculum and hands-on learning with experienced preceptors. Deliver patient-focused, whole-person care while applying specialized training to support the most vulnerable in the community. Complete the required National Provider BLS certification and maintain an Alaska Registered Nurse License upon hire. This November 2026 cohort offers night shift availability and a $5,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates. Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Alaska Registered Nurse License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- 1 year Nursing experience (new to specialty)
- more than 12 months of continuous RN work experience
