Job Summary
Conduct guided specialty transitions through structured curriculum, experienced preceptors, and hands-on learning as a registered nurse. Deliver patient-focused, whole-person care while applying specialized training to support the most vulnerable in the community. Requires more than 12 months of continuous RN work experience, an Alaska RN license, and National Provider BLS certification. Full-time night shifts available starting November 2, 2026, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Alaska Registered Nurse License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- 1 year Nursing experience (new to specialty)
- More than 12 months of continuous RN work experience
- Night shifts available
- Full-Time
