Job Summary
Conduct guided specialty transitions through structured curriculum, experienced preceptors, and hands-on learning as an RN Fellow. Deliver patient-focused, whole-person care within the Providence Alaska Medical Center resource pool starting November 2, 2026. Maintain Alaska Registered Nurse licensure and National Provider BLS certification while applying specialized training to support vulnerable community members. Full-time night shifts available with a $5,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates meeting all conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Alaska Registered Nurse License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- 1 year Nursing experience (new to specialty)
- More than 12 months of continuous RN work experience
- Night shifts available
- Full-Time
