Job Summary
Conduct patient care in the PCU 2W unit while participating in a structured curriculum designed to transition registered nurses into a new specialty. Engage with experienced preceptors for hands-on learning and apply specialized training to deliver patient-focused, whole-person care. Requires more than 12 months of continuous RN work experience, an Alaska Registered Nurse License, and National Provider BLS certification upon hire. Full-time day shifts available starting November 2, 2026, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program

- Alaska Registered Nurse License
