Job Summary
Conduct daily operating room duties under the guidance of experienced preceptors as part of a structured curriculum designed to transition licensed nurses into new specialties. Perform hands-on learning activities while adhering to full-time day shift schedules with multiple shift availability. Maintain Alaska Registered Nurse licensure and American Heart Association BLS certification upon hire. This fellowship begins November 2, 2026, for candidates with over 12 months of continuous RN experience, offering a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Alaska Registered Nurse License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- 1 year Nursing experience (new to specialty)
