Job Summary
Conduct intensive neonatal intensive care unit training through structured curriculum, simulation, and authentic patient experiences guided by preceptors. Deliver specialized care to neonatal patients while advancing from general nursing into expert specialty practice. Requires 12+ months of continuous RN experience and holds a Washington RN license upon hire. Begins November 2, 2026, at Swedish First Hill in Seattle.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- National Provider NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics within 6 months (180 days) of hire
- 1 year - Nursing experience (new to specialty)
