Job Summary
Deliver patient-focused, whole-person care in the NICU at Swedish First Hill through a structured curriculum, simulation, and authentic patient experiences guided by preceptors. Apply specialized training to support families and advance best practices within a comprehensive health care organization serving over 120,000 caregivers across the Puget Sound. This fellowship provides the foundation essential to becoming an expert in your new specialty, starting November 2, 2026, with a focus on understanding, commitment, and mutual respect.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- National Provider NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics within 6 months (180 days) of hire
- 1 year - Nursing experience (new to specialty)
