Job Summary
Conduct daily patient care in the Intensive Care Unit under the guidance of preceptors, utilizing a structured curriculum and simulation training to develop expertise in critical care nursing. Manage authentic patient experiences while adhering to a full-time schedule with multiple shifts available across the Swedish First Hill location. This fellowship provides the foundational support essential for becoming an expert in your new specialty, offering a pathway for nurses with over 12 months of continuous RN experience to advance their careers within the Providence family of organizations.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Washington Registered Nurse License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- 1 year of Nursing experience (new to specialty)
