Job Summary
Conduct guided transition into a new specialty through structured curriculum, experienced preceptors, and hands-on learning as an RN Fellow at Providence St Joseph Health. Deliver patient-focused, whole-person care within the ICU department at Providence Alaska Medical Center while applying specialized training to support vulnerable community members. Requires Alaska Registered Nurse License, National Provider BLS certification, and at least one year of continuous RN work experience. Full-time night shifts available starting November 2, 2026, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Alaska Registered Nurse License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- 1 year Nursing experience (new to specialty)
- More than 12 months of continuous RN work experience
- Night shifts available
