Job Summary
Conduct patient care and recovery monitoring within the Extended Stay Unit while participating in a structured curriculum with experienced preceptors to transition into a new specialty. Deliver patient-focused, whole-person care aligned with the organization's mission of caring for vulnerable communities. Maintain Washington Registered Nurse licensure and BLS certification upon hire, with a preference for specialty certification. This role begins November 2, 2026, as part of the November 2026 RN Extended Stay Unit Fellowship cohort at Providence Regional Medical Center Everett.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- 1 year of Nursing experience (new to specialty)

- National Certification in area of specialty upon hire
