Job Summary
Conduct emergency services patient care as a Registered Nurse at Swedish First Hill, utilizing structured curriculum, simulation, and authentic patient experiences guided by preceptors. Deliver whole-person care built on understanding, commitment, and mutual respect within the Providence family of organizations. Requires 12+ months of continuous RN experience, Washington license, and certification in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIH Stroke Scale. Full-time, multiple shifts available with base pay ranging from $50.80 to $93.51, plus potential shift differentials and overtime. Join a team of 120,000 caregivers serving over 50 hospitals across six states, advancing best practices and supporting the poor and vulnerable.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association within 6 months of hire
- National Provider PALS - American Heart Association within 6 months of hire
- National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale Certificate - NIH Stroke Scale Training Course within 90 days of hire
- 1 year - Nursing experience (new to specialty)
