Job Summary
Conduct emergency nursing care at Providence Alaska Medical Center while completing a structured fellowship curriculum with experienced preceptors. Deliver patient-focused, whole-person care across multiple shifts, applying specialized training to support the transition into emergency nursing. Complete required certifications including BLS, ACLS, PALS, and trauma courses within six months of hire. This full-time role begins November 2, 2026, for RNs with over 12 months of continuous experience, offering a $5,000 sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Alaska Registered Nurse License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- 1017 Trauma Nursing Core Course (Facility Managed)
- 1017 Emerg Nursing Pediatric Course (Facility Managed)
- National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association
- National Provider PALS - American Heart Association
- 1 year of Nursing experience (new to specialty)
