Job Summary
Conduct emergency nursing care and patient stabilization at Providence Alaska Medical Center while participating in a structured fellowship curriculum with experienced preceptors. Deliver whole-person care aligned with the organization's mission to support the most vulnerable in Alaska communities. Complete required certifications including BLS, ACLS, PALS, and trauma nursing courses within six months of hire. Full-time variable shifts available starting November 2, 2026, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Alaska Registered Nurse License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- 1017 Trauma Nursing Core Course (Facility Managed)
- 1017 Emerg Nursing Pediatric Course (Facility Managed)
- National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association
- National Provider PALS - American Heart Association
- 1 year of Nursing experience (new to specialty)
- Full-Time employment
