Job Summary
Conduct a guided transition into critical care nursing through structured curriculum, experienced preceptors, and hands-on learning within CVICU or NTICU settings. Deliver patient-focused, whole-person care while applying specialized training to support the most vulnerable in the community. Complete required certifications including BLS and ACLS within six months of hire. Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Washington Registered Nurse License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association within 6 months (180 days) of hire
- 1 year Nursing experience (new to specialty)
