Job Summary
Conduct guided transition training within the Children's Resource Unit through structured curriculum and hands-on learning under experienced preceptors. Deliver patient-focused, whole-person care while applying specialized nursing skills to support vulnerable communities. Requires 12+ months of continuous RN experience, Alaska licensure, and BLS certification. Full-time night shift availability with a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Alaska Registered Nurse License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- 1 year Nursing experience (new to specialty)
- more than 12 months of continuous RN work experience
