Job Summary
Conduct guided transition into a new specialty through structured curriculum, experienced preceptors, and hands-on learning within the Children's Resource Unit at Providence Alaska Medical Center. Deliver patient-focused, whole-person care while applying specialized training to support vulnerable communities. Requires Alaska Registered Nurse License, National Provider BLS certification, and one year of continuous RN work experience. Full-time night shifts available starting November 2, 2026, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Alaska Registered Nurse License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- 1 year Nursing experience (new to specialty)
- More than 12 months of continuous RN work experience
