Job Summary
Conduct guided transition into a new specialty through structured curriculum, experienced preceptors, and hands-on learning within the Children's Resource Unit at Providence Alaska Medical Center. Deliver patient-focused, whole-person care to vulnerable communities while applying specialized training in a night shift environment. Maintain Alaska Registered Nurse licensure and BLS certification as part of the fellowship requirements. This role supports the organization's mission of caring for everyone, especially the most vulnerable, with a sign-on bonus available for eligible candidates.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Alaska Registered Nurse License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- 1 year Nursing experience (new to specialty)
