Job Summary
Conduct guided transition into the Children's Resource Unit specialty through structured curriculum and hands-on learning under experienced preceptors. Deliver patient-focused, whole-person care to the most vulnerable in the community while applying specialized training to support others. This November 2026 cohort requires more than 12 months of continuous RN experience, an Alaska license, and BLS certification. Full-time night shifts are available at Providence Alaska Medical Center in Anchorage, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates. Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Alaska Registered Nurse License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- 1 year Nursing experience (new to specialty)
- more than 12 months of continuous RN work experience
