Inpatient RN Care Manager Fellow providing professional, comprehensive, patient-centric care management services for at-risk patients in an acute care environment. Accountabilities include assessment and planning, coordination of care, resource utilization management and/or review, discharge planning, documentation of interventions, regulatory compliance and patient advocacy. The role is a guided transition into a new specialty through a structured curriculum, experienced preceptors and hands-on learning. Start date August 24, 2026; day shift available.
