RN Family Birth Center

Conduct routine physical and psychosocial assessments, formulate individualized care plans, and adapt educational programs for patients and families. Perform skilled procedures, make independent clinical decisions, and ensure efficiency in care delivery by prioritizing immediate needs. Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team to address transitional health care needs and advocate for patient rights while resolving conflicts. Requires Associate of Arts in Nursing with Labor and Delivery experience, plus BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications upon hire. Mercy Medical Center Redding serves as a Level II trauma center and the only Joint Commission-certified Advanced Thrombectomy-Capable Stroke Center north of Sacramento.
