Job Summary
Lead overall operations and strategic direction of the hospice agency while overseeing clinical excellence and regulatory compliance. Monitor quality metrics, manage agency budgets, and drive operational efficiency to support sustainable growth. Recruit, mentor, and retain clinical and operational talent to foster a high-performing, patient-centered culture. Build relationships with referral partners, physicians, and healthcare organizations to strengthen community presence. Ensure interdisciplinary teams deliver exceptional end-of-life care aligned with Medicare Conditions of Participation and state regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Ohio
- Minimum of one (1) year of leadership or management experience in a hospice or home health setting
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Clean driving record
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong relationship-building skills
