Job Summary
Conduct nursing care for patients in the operating room while collaborating with healthcare providers. Act as a patient advocate for safe care delivery, including delegation of care and participation in performance improvement activities. Maintain professional development within the scope of care defined by law. Must be available to work two 12-hour shifts every weekend. Requires Ohio RN licensure, at least 12 months of acute care experience, and operating room experience. Full-time medical benefits and paid time off accrual are provided.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed in the state of Ohio as a Registered Nurse
- At least 12 months of RN experience in an acute care setting
- Must be available to work 2 shifts (12 hour shifts) every weekend
- BLS certification
- ACLS, NRP, PALS as determined by unit scope of practice
- Operating Room experience required
- Not a new graduate
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in nursing preferred (must be completed within 5 years of hire)
