Job Summary
Provide physical and psych-social support to residents and families while promoting their independence through care goals and self-care education. Monitor clinical conditions to identify status changes, administer medications, and maintain infection prevention practices alongside care associates. Develop comprehensive holistic care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team and ensure accurate, timely documentation in electronic medical records. Participate in care conferences as requested by the Clinical Manager. Full-time evening shift (3:00 PM - 11:30 PM) with a sign-on bonus. Located at Lantern Hill by Erickson Senior Living in New Providence, NJ.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months experience as an RN
- Active RN license in the state of New Jersey
- Active CPR certification
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in caring for seniors or senior with cognitive impairment preferred
- Basic computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office, internet and web applications
- Experience with an electronic medical record
