Job Summary
Provide physical and psych-social support to residents and families by developing consistent caregiver relationships and promoting resident independence through care goals and self-care education. Perform clinical duties including administering medications, maintaining infection prevention practices, and monitoring clinical conditions to ensure safety. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate holistic care plans, participate in care conferences, and support resident preferences in electronic medical records. Ensure documentation is current, accurate, and timely while working alongside care associates for routine nursing care. Requires active RN license in New Jersey, minimum six months experience, and CPR certification. Full-time evening shift (3:00PM - 11:30PM) available.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months experience as an RN
- Active RN license in the state of New Jersey
- Active CPR certification
- Basic computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office, internet and web applications
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in caring for seniors or senior with cognitive impairment
- Experience with an electronic medical record
