Job Summary
Provide physical and psych-social support to residents and families by developing consistent caregiver relationships and promoting independence through care goals and self-care education. Perform clinical duties including monitoring status changes, administering medications, maintaining infection prevention, and working alongside care associates for routine nursing care. Establish holistic plans of care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, support resident preferences in electronic medical records, and ensure accurate, timely documentation. Participate in care conferences as requested by the Clinical Manager. Requires active NJ RN license, 6 months experience, CPR certification, and familiarity with EHR systems. Full-time evening shift (3:00PM - 11:30PM) available.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months experience as an RN
- Active RN license in the state of New Jersey
- Active CPR certification
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in caring for seniors or senior with cognitive impairment preferred
- Basic computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office, internet and web applications
- Experience with an electronic medical record
