Job Summary
Provide physical and psych-social support to residents and families by developing consistent caregiver relationships and promoting resident independence through care goals and self-care education. Perform clinical duties including medication administration, infection prevention, and routine nursing care while monitoring conditions to ensure safety. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate holistic care plans and participate in care conferences. Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic medical record and support resident preferences in their records. Requires a minimum of six months RN experience, active New Jersey license, and CPR certification. Full-time evening shift (3:00PM - 11:30PM) available with a $5,000 sign-on bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months experience as an RN
- Active RN license in the state of New Jersey
- Active CPR certification
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in caring for seniors or senior with cognitive impairment preferred
- Basic computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office, internet and web applications
- Experience with an electronic medical record
