Establish personal rapport with patients to identify care requirements and initiate comprehensive care plans. Provide emotional, psychological, and spiritual support while teaching self-care skills and promoting patient independence. Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team to resolve patient problems and adhere to infection control and medication protocols. Conduct critical assessments and skilled procedures to measure health outcomes against established goals. This role requires an ADN with a registered nurse license in North Dakota, including BLS, ACLS, TNCC, and PALS certifications. We offer a $20,000 incentive to new hires meeting eligibility criteria.
