RN ER

Conduct thorough patient assessments, administer prescribed medications, and monitor for side effects while documenting findings accurately. Coordinate high-quality, patient-centered care in the ER by collaborating with physicians and the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans. Respond to medical emergencies, perform life-saving interventions such as CPR and code team activities, and assist physicians during procedures within your scope of competency. Implement infection control protocols, operate medical equipment like IV pumps and ventilators, and provide patient and family education on medical conditions and post-discharge care. This role requires 0-2 years of experience in an acute care setting and state RN licensure.
