RN - ER Nights

Conduct rapid assessment and triage to evaluate patient conditions and prioritize care. Perform emergency procedures including intubation, wound care, and suturing while administering medications and providing respiratory support. Coordinate high-quality, patient-centered care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Respond to medical emergencies and participate in life-saving interventions such as CPR and code team activities. Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient assessments.
