RN ER FT Nights (DeTar Navarro)

Conduct rapid assessment, triage, and emergency procedures for patients in the ER, including intubation, wound care, and suturing. Administer medications, start IV lines, and provide respiratory support while monitoring for side effects. Collaborate with physicians and the care team to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans based on patient assessments. Respond to medical emergencies, participate in code team activities, and perform other duties as assigned. Maintain regular attendance and comply with all policies and standards.
