Job Summary
Assess and evaluate patient care needs, suggest solutions to patient care problems and complaints, and identify recommendations for departmental issues. Coordinate teaching plans based on patient and family learning needs while assisting in assessing departmental function and productivity to recommend necessary changes. Maintain communication and conduct that support clinic efforts and provider practice. Graduation from an accredited nursing school and an active Washington State license are required, along with BLS or CPR/AED certification. Hourly pay ranges from $29 to $52 for full-time employment.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
- Active Registered Nurse license through the Washington State Department of Health
- Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers (AHA) or CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer (American Red Cross)
- Candidates are required to pass a drug test before beginning employment
