RN ENT Clinic

Assess and evaluate patient care needs, suggest solutions to patient care problems and complaints, and recommend changes to departmental function and productivity. Identify and recommend solutions to departmental problems while assessing patient and family learning needs to coordinate teaching plans. Support the provider's practice by performing clinical duties and assisting in the coordination of patient care. This role requires an active Registered Nurse license through the Washington State Department of Health, Basic Life Support certification, and graduation from an accredited nursing school. Preferred qualifications include two years of experience as a Registered Nurse. The position offers a salary range of $29 to $52 per hour for full-time employment, with a $7,500 sign-on bonus for external candidates.
