Job Summary
Assess and evaluate patient care needs, suggest solutions to patient care problems and complaints, and identify recommendations for departmental issues. Assist in assessing departmental function and productivity to recommend necessary changes. Evaluate patient and family learning needs to coordinate and execute teaching plans. Maintain active Registered Nurse licensure through the Washington State Department of Health and hold current Basic Life Support or CPR/AED certification. Hourly pay ranges from $29 to $52 based on full-time employment, with a $7,500 sign-on bonus for external candidates.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
- Active Registered Nurse license through the Washington State Department of Health
- Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers (AHA) or CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer (American Red Cross)
- Candidates are required to pass a drug test before beginning employment
