RN Enhanced Float Pool-Women's/Infants Division (Full Time 36 Hours), West Penn Hospital

Demonstrate clinical assessment and care planning skills while providing safe, effective care for the age population served across a 63-bed NICU, Mother/Baby unit, Obstetrics, and Labor & Delivery. Professionally direct and manage patient care delivery team activities and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team for care plans from admission through discharge. Assess learning needs of patients and families to provide education based on age, culture, and willingness to learn. Requires minimum 2 years acute care nursing experience in Women and Infant Care, current PA RN licensure, and ACLS certification. Full-time 36-hour schedule with a $7/hour additional allowance.
