Job Summary
RN in Endoscopy department providing patient care for GI and airway procedures (EGD, colonoscopy, EUS, ERCP, bronchoscopy) with duties spanning admitting and discharging patients, collaborating with physicians and staff, and supporting inpatients/outpatients. Typical day includes caring for 25-30 patients, with part-time scheduling on days (8- or 10-hour shifts) Monday-Friday, occasional weekend rotation, and 1-4 call shifts per 4-week cycle. Compensation starts based on nursing degree with hourly pay tiers ($42.86 for Associate/Diploma, $44.34 for Bachelor’s, $45.82 for Master’s) and a pay range of $42.86-$71.51/hour plus extra pay for evenings/nights/weekends. Includes $3,500 hiring bonus and $5,000 relocation bonus for eligible external candidates. Requirements include MN RN license, BSN within 3 years, BLS, ACLS, and possibly Basic EKG; relocation eligibility requires distance criteria. CentraCare supports diversity and is an EEO/AA employer.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from a nursing program and current MN RN license required
- BSN required within three years
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required
- Completion of a Basic EKG class may be required
- To be eligible for the relocation bonus, you must currently reside more than 50 miles away from St. Cloud Hospital and relocate to within 30 miles of it.
