Job Summary
Implement and monitor patient care plans while assessing, coordinating discharge planning, and communicating patient conditions to the healthcare team. Note and carry out physician and nursing orders, applying evidence-based practice to ensure care aligns with the department's Scope of Service and ANA Code of Ethics. Serve as the primary coordinator for well-coordinated patient care across disciplines, maintaining constant alertness and safe manner during shifts. Requires active RN license and BLS certification; schedule includes Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM with PRN call requirements of minimum three shifts monthly including at least one weekend shift.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license
- Ability to work flexible hours and take call as scheduled
- Minimum 3 call shifts per month, including at least one weekend shift
- Graduate of accredited school of nursing or education equivalency for licensing
- No experience required
