RN - Endoscopy Center

Staff RN for Digestive Health/Endoscopy Center providing direct patient care across prep, intra-procedure, and recovery phases for GI procedures (colonoscopy and upper endoscopy). Delivers moderate sedation under physician direction, starts IVs, documents care, develops and updates care plans, ensures patient and staff safety, and collaborates with unit staff while delegating appropriate tasks. Core duties include assessment, planning of care, execution of nursing interventions, and education of patients and families throughout the endoscopy process. Collaborative, professional nursing practice within Carle Health’s Digestive Health department.
