RN Endo Lab

RN Endo Lab role in Plano, TX providing preoperative evaluation, patient and family education, and peri-operative care. Responsibilities include preparing patients (IV therapy, preoperative meds), conducting surgical site verification, participating in briefing/debriefing and universal protocols, recognizing emergencies, delivering high-quality nursing care, monitoring patient condition, and educating patients/families about medical conditions, treatments, and follow-up. Works as an integral member of a dynamic interdisciplinary team in the operating room. Scheduling is PRN with self-posted four-week advance planning; on-call is required during select non-business hours. Qualifications include RN license, Associate Degree (BSN preferred), ACLS/BLS within the specified window, and PALS within 90 days; 2+ years hospital experience and ICU/ED experience preferred.
