RN-Employee Health

Manage all functions of Employee Health Services to assure appropriate information, evaluation, and services are provided for occupational health, safety, and infectious disease prevention. Recommend and implement policies for efficient management of employee health issues, conduct pre-employment screenings, and manage immunization clinics and regulatory reporting. Oversee workers' compensation and medical leave processes to ensure compliance and facilitate employee return to work. Collaborate with hospital representatives on health-related issues, analyze surveillance data to improve infection risk reduction, and manage COVID exposure protocols per federal and state guidelines. Requires on-call availability. Certification in employee health and RN licensure with BLS certification within 14 days of hire are required.
