RN Emergency Svcs

The Registered Nurse coordinates and delivers high quality, patient-centered care in the Emergency Services department in collaboration with medical providers and the care team. Responsibilities include assessing patient pain regularly, performing procedures and other care functions as ordered, documenting care in the patient medical record, and promptly addressing patient requests. The RN educates patients and families about medical conditions, status, treatment plans, medications, follow-up measures, and healthy lifestyle changes, and prepares patients and families for future self-management. Qualifications emphasize RN credential with relevant certifications within specified timeframes and a minimum of one year of experience.
