RN Emergency Services

Conduct comprehensive patient care in the emergency department, including critical assessments, skilled procedures, and implementation of individualized care plans. Evaluate patient progress and outcomes while administering medications, IV therapy, and treatments in compliance with policies. Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team to facilitate care coordination, patient and family education, and discharge planning. Integrate ethical provisions to protect patient autonomy and dignity. Requires Kentucky RN licensure, BLS, ACLS, PALS, and Trauma Nurse Core Course certifications. Located at Flaget Memorial Hospital in Bardstown, Kentucky.
