Job Summary
Provide emergency and acute care nursing in a hospital setting, applying specialized training to deliver world-class health with a patient-focused, whole-person approach. Responsibilities include delivering compassionate care in the Emergency Services department, adhering to BLS/ACLS requirements, maintaining appropriate nursing licensure, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support patients through acute care needs. Requires graduation from an accredited nursing program, Washington RN license, and experience in acute care; shifts include night and part-time schedules, with a Providence hiring bonus for eligible external hires.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Washington Registered Nurse License
- BLS - American Heart Association (upon hire)
- ACLS - American Heart Association (within 90 days of hire)
- 1 year Acute care experience with population similar to department or completion of specialty residency located at the facility
