Job Summary

Assess critical situations to support, monitor, and treat patients in emergency and critical care scenarios. Utilize critical thinking to manage adult or pediatric patients, support physician orders, and maintain a safe, clean, well-stocked aircraft environment. Collaborate effectively with air and ground teams, dispatch, and facilities while sharing shift change information and maintaining accurate regulatory documentation. Commit to being on-time, reliable, and professional, adhering to elevated safety standards and required certifications. Work two 24-hour shifts per week with company-paid crew housing, earning $28.66-$49.63 per hour plus an $18,000 annual area stipend.

Required Qualifications

  • Three years of experience in an Emergency or Adult Critical Care setting as a licensed RN
  • Current RN license in the states served by the assigned area
  • EMT Certification
  • Trauma Certification in state(s) where required
  • BLS certification
  • ACLS certification
  • PALS certification
  • NRP certification
  • Certified Registered Flight Nurse (CFRN) certification within 24 months from date of hire
  • Schedule requires two 24-hour shifts per week
  • Company paid crew housing while on shift

Desired Qualifications

  • Prior flight experience
  • Instructor certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS/PEPP, ITLS/PHTLS
