Job Summary

Assess critical care situations to support, monitor, and treat patients during air transport and scene calls. Utilize critical thinking to manage adult or pediatric patients while supporting physician orders. Maintain a safe, clean aircraft environment through regular equipment checks and compliance with safety briefings. Collaborate with air and ground teams, dispatch, and facilities to ensure effective communication. Share shift change information and maintain accurate regulatory documentation. Adhere to required certifications including EMT, Trauma, BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP.

Required Qualifications

  • Three years of experience in an Emergency or Adult Critical Care setting as a licensed RN
  • Current RN license in the states served by the assigned area
  • EMT Certification
  • Trauma Certification in state(s) where required
  • BLS certification
  • ACLS certification
  • PALS certification
  • NRP certification
  • Certified Registered Flight Nurse (CFRN) certification within 24 months from date of hire
  • Schedule requires two 24-hour shifts per week
  • Company paid crew housing while on shift

Desired Qualifications

  • Prior flight experience
  • Instructor certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS/PEPP, ITLS/PHTLS
